What we ask

A mandate for every listing

Qatari law permits only the owner or an authorised representative to advertise a property. To list on MARSA you confirm you hold that authorisation, and you may be asked to produce it — particularly where another agency advertises the same unit.

It is a higher bar than other portals set. It is also the entire reason buyers will trust what they find here, which is what makes your listings worth more.
