Draft for legal review. The clauses below reflect how MARSA actually works, but liability, governing law and the agency contract terms need a Qatari lawyer before publication.

What MARSA is

MARSA is an advertising platform. We are not a party to any tenancy or sale, we do not act as broker for any transaction advertised here, and we receive no commission on deals. Every listing is placed by a licensed brokerage, and your dealings are with that brokerage.

Accuracy of listings

Listings are supplied by agencies, who are responsible for their accuracy. We verify documentation where a listing shows a verification date, and we check mandates where a property appears more than once — but we do not inspect properties and cannot guarantee that every detail is correct or that a property remains available. Tell us at report@marsa.qa if something is wrong.

If you are an agency

You confirm you hold a valid real estate brokerage licence in the State of Qatar.
You confirm that for every property you list you hold the owner's authorisation to advertise it, and you will produce that authorisation on request.
You will keep listings current and remove them when the property is no longer available.
You will not advertise a property at a price the owner has not agreed, nor list a property to attract enquiries for other properties.
Listing fees, featured placement and lead credits are charged under your plan. Lead credits are consumed when an enquiry is routed to you and are not refundable once delivered.
We may suspend or remove listings, or an account, where authorisation cannot be produced or these terms are breached.

If you are using MARSA to find a property

Use the service for your own genuine property search. Do not scrape, copy or republish listings, misrepresent who you are when enquiring, or use contact details obtained here for marketing.

Content you provide

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the licence needed to display it on MARSA and in MARSA's own promotion of the listing. You confirm you have the right to upload it.

Availability

We aim to keep MARSA available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or withdraw features.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction.
